It's the weekend and you two just don't want to leave home... I have something for you: A Couple of Therapeutic Massages. I'm B. Precious, your in - home massage therapist. I specialize in helping tired, overworked people transcend the challenges of life. Individualized for each client's body, this rhythmic, intuitive flow of varying pressures, stretches, and pulls is designed to relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation and improve flexibility. Aromatherapy and hot towels are already included for the complete experience. Massage Interval: 90 minutes each; 30 minutes for setup, clean up, etc. before and after session
The Need To Know
- If you live more than thirty miles outside of Frankfort - contact me before booking! How do I know the mileage from where I live to Frankfort, KY?... Google Maps. - Ok, need to cancel or reschedule? Hit me up, text, email, or something at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as you know - like adults do. - Ain't no refunds - this is a time rendered service. You can cancel, reschedule, transfer to a friend. Sharing is caring. - Why do I have to say this? Any appointment is for therapeutic massage/ stretch purposes, modesty, decency and respect is expected at all times - like mature, grown folks. - Before/ after your massage: warm water showers, light meals, rest, nap, stretch, practice breathing - all things self - care. No extreme temperatures after cupping, your pores will be open. Hydrate your body. - Are you sick? And don't say it's allergies. - I need temporary access to an outlet for heated massage elements. Wtbs: setting up in the living room is ideal and I try to be at least twenty minutes early to set up. Go all out with your setup - if you want: food, drinks, matching pjs, your own music [as long as it's a vibe], whatever. It's your time, I'm just a tool. - Sore after your massage? Feel like you were kicked by a horse then ran over by a bus? Good. Ice it. Drink some more water. Self - care times ten. Reschedule so we can finish breaking up those adhesions.
